Westernizer ’08

The University Students’ Council held a competition to design the cover of the student agenda, the Westernizer. My winning entry has a retro modern feel to it, referencing the 25th anniversary of the first printing of the agenda and the stylistic era that it came out of. In keeping with the spirit of previous designs, which were based largely on photos of athletics and academia around campus, the line strips were taken from actual photos of campus.
